Lead and facilitate the Medical Equipment and Low Voltage Systems interrelated meetings to provide planning, coordination, execution, project status and tracking.
Confirm that the current infrastructure designed plans are consistent with the as-designed equipment requirements prior to procurement.
Track, execute and complete activities to accomplish milestones as required to complete the project successfully, identify, address, and resolve any open issues, receive guidance on standards, as well as facilitate overall communication between stakeholders.
Conduct medical equipment and low voltage system validation meetings by functional area. Validate medical equipment and low voltage systems criteria, standards and required accessories with subject matter experts and facility staff.
Conduct meetings on-site, via web-based venues or telephonic conferences with the healthcare facility’s bio-medical, infection control and property management personnel.
Plan for both new and existing medical equipment, low voltage systems and furnishings.
Identify existing medical equipment and low voltage systems available for reuse during the Furniture, Furnishings & Equipment planning meetings.
Attend scheduled meetings and site visits in order to monitor construction schedule and ensure properly timed construction equipment preparation activities.
Conduct departmental/activity preparation workshops for equipment being relocated.
