Coordinate, and facilitate planning meetings related to transition and outfitting of Furniture, Furnishings and Equipment.

Establish recurring meetings to review project status, risk issues, items checklist, schedules, and issues affecting Initial Outfitting performance.

Schedule coordination and planning meetings including reviews in order to appropriately monitor the project and ensure timely execution of outfitting activities.

Available to attend meetings in person or telephonically as necessary.

As Initial Outfitting activities near the occupancy timeframes meetings should occur more frequently.

Attend construction coordination and transition planning meetings, and scheduled reviews in order to appropriately monitor the project and ensure training and activation activities are executed as planned.

Prepare and distribute meeting minutes as part of project management support efforts.

Facilitate resolution of any issues and/or action items.
