Responsible for coordinating, facilitating and planning meetings related to Initial Outfitting and Transition.

Set up meetings at the project site or other locations as needed for efficient management of work and to meet project milestones as specified for each portion of the project.

Attend all construction coordination and transition planning meetings, and scheduled reviews in order to appropriately monitor the project and ensure scheduled occupancy activities.

Establish recurring meetings to review project status, risk issues/items checklist, schedules, and issues affecting Initial Outfitting performance.

Meetings to occur more frequently as Initial Outfitting activities near the occupancy timeframes.

Available to attend meetings in person and telephonically as necessary.
