Project Manage the multitude of tasks, to be executed simultaneously, while coordinating these many facets through effective, efficient, project management resulting in timely completion of services.
Project Management Services and support for specialized transition and activation activities in relation to outfitting of the facility with furniture, furnishings & equipment including; furniture, furnishings & equipment standardization and training, relocating staff, supplies, equipment and records.
Develop project management plans for review and approval by owner representatives immediately after contract award to monitor andcontrol all Initial Outfitting activities being executed over the life of the project for new or newly renovated facilities.
