Develop Project Management Plans in accordance with the main knowledge areas as defined in the latest version of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).

Have an on-site Project Management Planning conference with owner representatives to develop a Project Management Plan framework for the project.

The Project Management Plan is a living document all changes will be coordinated and approved.

Fully define activities to complete all work as required and to meet the occupancy milestone date established.

Sequence work activities to meet various transition and outfitting milestones, in coordination with the construction contractor and owner representatives.

Receive and incorporate into the Project Management Plan processes being developed by key stakeholders.

Document processes for information management; transition planning; furniture, furnishings and equipment planning; logistics; installation; training; governance; and other essential tasks as determined during project management planning.
