Move Plans provide information for and updates to, the Transition Plan, the medical equipment transition schedules including phasing schedules, for the installation, deinstallation, packing, delivery and installation of all commodity items and coordination of equipment training for medical staff and operations & maintenance staff as required.
Includes a detailed list of activities to be performed, identification of all stakeholders, determination of all clinical and non-clinical staffing required, detailed move routes and maps clearly identifying entries and exits, develop, execute and document move checklists.
Preparation of move guides in conjunction with the end user staff.
Coordination of appropriate moving materials and equipment for movement of staff goods provide management and facilitation of relocation activities.
